We enjoyed the Chickasaw National Recreation Area, very well kept, nice trails, would be nice in the summer for swimming. Yes IN it, they offered to replace it and took it off the bill but really? Covid- No mask enforcement, do as you please, even the staff at the restaurant had masks with the nose out. The food was good the first night but the second night I ordered a burger and it was super salty AND it had a plastic tab in it. Restaurant- there are no other eating places nearby so we tried it. Bathroom- it has handicapped bars by the toilet and the shower but the shower head only goes up and down, it does not detach so good luck reaching all parts in a wheelchair. Even the TV keeps losing connection, forget it if you want to work on your computer. The internet is terrible, it is free offered by the Chickasaw Nation but the quality sucks. Throughout the property, guests have an array of dining options. The elegantly restored hotel is home to 81 luxuriously appointed rooms and suites. Now specifically: Room- the only room available was a king handicapped room so I booked it, beware if you are actually handicapped, the light switch for the night lights is on the wall across the room so you have to get out of bed to turn it on or off and there is no other light in the room.
